Kasi Riley is a Talent and HR Leader with 15 years of dynamic experience leading large teams and scaling companies' talent strategies across Tech, FinTech, and Retail through her tenure at Block (formerly Square), Stitch Fix, Wells Fargo, and Target. From guiding teams through explosive growth stages to successful IPOs and revolutionizing recruiting strategies at some of the world’s greatest companies, her team’s talent strategies have been pivotal in driving unprecedented business expansion. 

Kasi began her career in HR at Target, specializing in leading HR operations for opening new stores across the Bay Area and training leaders company wide. Her passion for people and building high-performing teams led her into her specialization and passion for Talent Acquisition. At Wells Fargo, she built out recruiting programs, analytics, and dashboards, setting a new standard for efficiency. At Stitch Fix, she joined pre-IPO, where she developed comprehensive talent programs, spearheaded diversity and inclusion efforts for a 6,000+ employee organization, created international market expansion strategies, and launched the employer brand team. At Block, she led recruiting for the company’s emerging businesses and designed innovative recruiting programs such as the company’s AI recruiting program, talent sharing program, and a flexible recruiting model for the recruiting team. Her vision and strategies propel growth not only for recruiting functions but have also proven to be accelerative for the overall success of each organization she has partnered with.

A Bay Area native, Kasi's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the tech space have been ingrained since birth. Raised in Palo Alto, she was immersed in a culture of innovation and surrounded by some of the world's leading thought leaders. This early exposure ignited her drive for cutting-edge ideas and always operating with a curious mindset, leading her to vibrant communities in Mountain View and San Francisco before she and her family settled in their permanent home on the beautiful island of Alameda.
