    Neil has held Head of Talent roles driving growth, quality, and impact at Enron, Microsoft, Visa, Motorola/Lenovo, PayPal, Activision Blizzard, Flexport, Qualia, and Roku.

    At this point in his career, he is passionate about helping the next wave of talent-driven companies and leaders grow with high-quality, sustained outcomes.

    Along with the other founding partners, Neil sees IC2 as the perfect vehicle to bring together some of the brightest and best recruiting talent he has worked with over the last 20 years. He’s excited about the value and impact that this team is going to have for its clients.

    Rich is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional and leader with deep experience building and managing top-producing global recruiting and sourcing teams.

    Mike is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with 15 years of experience, specializing in building and leading high-performing global recruiting teams in the fast-paced and competitive gaming and technology industries. As an industry expert, Mike has successfully driven recruitment initiatives that align with business goals, foster diversity, and establish a proactive approach to talent acquisition while holding key leadership roles at companies including Epic Games, Activision Blizzard, Activision/Blizzard/King.

    Stacie has 20+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in university recruiting. She has managed highly efficient teams to drive intern recruitment and conversion to graduate hires, early identification program development, rotational program management, and inclusion & diversity strategies at UBS Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, PIMCO, and Activision Blizzard.

    She is passionate about leveling the playing field; helping companies master inclusive sourcing strategies through exposure and education, and refining evaluation strategies to attract the highest potential and most diverse early in career talent.

    Dan is a seasoned professional with a passion for talent acquisition and a wealth of experience in the field. Dan brings a data-led and results-driven approach to helping businesses achieve their corporate objectives by acquiring and retaining top-tier talent.

    Dan has held leadership roles, building teams and strategies that have driven growth and transformation for success across multiple sectors, functions, and regions. Recently, Dan has worked in the streaming and broadcast sector with Roku and Sky, as well as the travel sector for Expedia Group.

    Dan is passionate about all things Talent Acquisition and the broader People agenda and adept at getting to the heart of a challenge and collaborating across teams and functions to build and deliver solutions. Based in London, Dan has worked predominantly across the EMEA and APAC regions, often working closely with leadership teams in the US.
