Stacie has spent her 20+ years in university recruiting and early career talent development navigating the layers and complexities of large, multinational corporate organizations (UBS, Barclays, PIMCO, and Activision Blizzard). She has developed an expertise in the high-volume, highly structured, and ever-changing discipline of university recruiting & programs. She has enjoyed a textbook ascent in increasing leadership, responsibility, and diversified industry experience. Throughout her career, she has managed university recruiting across multiple geographies (U.S., Canada, South America, Europe, and Asia), educational levels (undergraduate, masters, MBA, and Ph.D., and non-U.S. equivalents), industries (gaming & entertainment, asset management, sales & trading, research, and investment banking), and functions (finance, technology, marketing, sales, operations, art, analytics, data science, legal & compliance, leadership, and human resources). With a passion for inclusion & diversity, Stacie has spent her career championing inclusive sourcing strategies, building a diverse early in career workforce, and breaking down systemic and cultural barriers to entry into the corporate world. She thrives on the opportunity to find and deliver creative, yet simple approaches to achieve optimal early career program outcomes. Stacie is based in Newport Beach, CA with her family. She is a former collegiate athlete who enjoys traveling, watching all sports, and playing golf.
